Skipping a workout once in a while is not necessarily bad for fitness. In fact, rest and recovery are important components of a well-rounded fitness routine. It's important to listen to your body and give it the rest it needs when you're feeling fatigued or sore. However, consistently skipping workouts can hinder progress and make it harder to reach fitness goals. It's all about finding a balance and being consistent with your workouts while also allowing for rest when needed. **

However, if you're just feeling lazy or unmotivated, try to push through and complete at least a short workout to maintain consistency and discipline. Ultimately, it's about finding a balance between rest and exercise that works for you and your body's needs. **
